Everdistro does not claim ownership of your music or content. Our job is to provide labels and artists with the tools to manage, distribute, and earn from their music in a professional, transparent way.
The music industry can be complicated. Everdistro makes it simple, giving you full visibility into your catalog, streams, and royalties. You only pay the fees shown in your dashboard—no hidden charges, no upfront payments, and no one claiming your rights.

Our Service
Everdistro helps you distribute music, manage catalogs, track royalties, and manage digital assets.
- You can add, update, or remove content at any time, provided you hold the necessary rights.
- You are responsible for making sure all content is legal and all rights holders agree.
Section 03
Term and Termination
This Agreement starts on the Effective Date and continues until you or we end it.
If you end the Service, we will notify third-party services to remove your content. There may be a short delay before content is fully removed by the platforms.
We may suspend or remove content at any time if we believe it violates the Terms, laws, or harms the Service integrity.
Section 04
Rights You Grant Us
You allow Everdistro to distribute your music to third-party services. You grant us the rights we need to handle licensing, distribution, and reporting.
We may sublicense these rights to other platforms if needed. We do not guarantee placement on any platform, and we are not responsible for monitoring copyright issues. You must protect your own rights.
Section 05
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring all contributors (artists, producers, rights holders) are listed and paid. You must follow music licensing laws, including publishing and mechanical royalties.
Keep your account login secure and notify us immediately if it is used without permission. You may not resell, share, or misuse the Service.
Section 06
Payments and Royalties
We collect royalties from third-party services and pass them to you, minus applicable fees. You are responsible for any taxes or government fees related to your music.
Reports will appear in your dashboard. Payments may be held temporarily if we suspect fraud or disputes. Payments follow the Split Percentage set in your account.
Unclaimed payments after 12 months may be retained by Everdistro. You may audit our records via a certified accountant with prior notice and a confidentiality agreement.
Section 07
Your Content
You are responsible for your music and assets, including legality and rights. You may only submit content you own or have permission to distribute.
Everdistro is not responsible for monitoring content, and you agree to protect and defend your work.
Section 08
Warranties and Liability
You confirm you have the rights to submit your content and that it does not violate anyone else's rights. You agree to defend and protect Everdistro from any claims related to your content.
Everdistro provides the Service "as is" and does not guarantee it will meet every need. We disclaim all implied warranties.
Section 09
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes will first be addressed through negotiation before legal action.
